Discovery Call and Consultation

Schedule a free Discovery Call to explore your project in detail. We’ll review your goals, site requirements, timeline, and budget to provide expert guidance and next steps—all with no pressure or obligation.

Site visit and Feasibility Assessment

We conduct a walkthrough or site inspection to evaluate space, zoning, utilities, and construction feasibility. This helps identify any challenges early on.

Design and Planning

We collaborate with you to develop initial layouts, plans, and material selections. This stage includes:

  • Concept design

  • Budget alignment

  • Permitting and code review

Estimate and Proposal

You’ll receive a detailed scope of work, project timeline, and transparent cost estimate. Once approved, we move into pre-construction.

Permits and Municipality Plan Approval

Pre-Construction Prep
